Shipping Policy

We use USPS priority mail (which should arrive within 1-3 business days) to ship all of our items, but we cannot guarantee its arrival time because it depends on USPS.

-We ship on Mon, Tues, Wed because we want to ensure our items are not stalled in the postal offices on the weekends.

-We ship with icepacks to ensure the freshness of our products. Even if the icepack is not cold when it arrives, it does not mean our products are not fresh. Our macarons can stay fresh in room temperature for more than 1-2 days. Our macarons are fresh (if stored if fridge upon arrival) for another 1.5 weeks.
